We met Lindsay when we were searching for an apartment rental in Bristol. Although we met many realtors through this search, Lindsay was the only one, after we had secured a rental, to come back to us and offer her services should we need anything further. Our plan was to find something to buy within a year so we contacted her. Lindsay was always right on top of things. We started looking in Bristol and then moved on to Newport. Lindsay was very knowledgable about the area and truly listened to what we said. She answered any questions we had and if she didn’t know, she had an answer for us very quickly. She was very professional but had a great sense of humor and could quickly adapt to any situation. We dragged her around for about 9 months before we settled on a property and would highly recommend here to anyone looking for a home in the area.

My boyfriend and I made 6 appointments in 2 days to look at places in Newport and Providence, and Lindsay was by far the best person we worked with. She was flexible about timing our appointment at the house. She was on time, and let us take our time looking around the house. She gave us information about past renters’ experience in the home, and about the area (grocery stores, what the town is like in winter, etc.). Since everything was going really fast and we needed to make a quick decision, we were in touch with Lindsay a lot through out the weekend. She ALWAYS answered our texts and emails promptly and politely. She walked us through the process of the credit check, getting the lease together, and putting down the deposit (my boyfriend is a lawyer and had a LOT of questions). We toured the house Saturday, delivered a deposit Sunday, and signed a lease by Tuesday! The house Lindsay showed us was very in demand (a great price for the property, lots of other tours scheduled), but Lindsay seemed to have the trust of the landlord, who accepted our offer even though we wanted to start the lease on the 15th of the month. Not only did Lindsay help us secure a great place, but she made us more excited about moving to Rhode Island. Highly recommend!

Lindsay found me EXACTLY what I was looking for, in less than a week. I was crunched for time as the Navy furnished last minute permanent change of duty station orders, for me to relocate to Newport, RI from Jacksonville, Fl for just 6 months.
She was extremely professional and the turnout around time between discussing terms with my future landlord and myself, was usually less than 24 hours.
I was not able to travel to view the property before the big move. The website provided some pictures, but not enough for me personally. She went out and took pictures of everything I requested, and then some.
