LC Property Management is locally owned and operated. We provide full service professional property management for real estate owners that include Tenant Placement, Rent Collections, Maintenance, Tenant Communications, Bookkeeping, Utility Payments and Construction Coordination. On Call 7 days a week.
Our mission is to provide a great place to live for our tenants, while constantly increasing equity for our clients.
- Collection of rent
- Payment of any needed utility bills
- Coordinate tenants move in and move out
- Provide move in and move out walk through reports
- Coordinate any needed repairs or upkeep
- Oversee any and all construction projects
- Request and provide quotes for any repairs needed
- Provide monthly statements
- On call 7 days a week
- Marketing for any vacancies
- Find qualified tenants
- Pay all vendors
- Maintain financial records for all properties
- Review and approve all contractor invoices prior to payment
- Coordinate the operation, maintenance and upkeep of all common elements
- Condo Association Management including bookkeeping / financials
LC Property Management is owned and operated by a Licensed RI and MA Real Estate Broker and carries both Real Estate and Property Management Insurance.
